Made to order

Nothing is held in stock. Carving begins once your photograph and payment are confirmed. Your piece is cut, tooled and painted by hand, then dispatched within 15 working days — about three weeks.

Delivery

• United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe — 7–10 working days after dispatch

These are typical times, not guarantees. Peak season and customs checks can add a few days.

Duty paid, no surprises

Delivery is duty-paid to your door. What you pay at checkout is the final amount — you will not be asked for customs charges, VAT or a handling fee when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your piece is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated for more than 10 working days, email hello@carvedpaws.com and we will chase it.

Address accuracy

Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; in that case the second shipping cost is yours.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will remake and reship your piece. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will remake it. See returns and refunds.

Packaging

Each piece travels in a rigid protective box with a cotton pouch and a care card. The outer packaging is plain — nothing on the outside says what is inside.
